I just love the great outdoors. And will try anything within reason once.
I don't own any video editing software on my old dated cracked screen computer & do most of the editing on my S8. I have zero skills in computing. But theirs no harm in trying, I can only work with what I have .

Armour and Embarkation, D-Day in Dorset to commemorate those who went to war,
Armour and Embarkation gives us a chance to time travel back to 1944. With the help of military vehicle enthusiasts, the Armour & Embarkation event aims to demonstrate just a little snippet of the true scale of the operation behind one of this country’s most important events in modern history. From 6th June 1944 to 7th May 1945, an astounding total of 517,816 troops and 144,093 vehicles were deployed from just Weymouth and Portland harbours.

Armour & Embarkation 2024

I managed to catch some of the wheels and tracks from the armour and embarkation 2024 as they transit through Dorset on their way to the Tank Museum. It was a very exciting weekend for all who managed to catch them driving the route through the tiny Dorset hamlets and villages as they would have during the 1940s. secretly getting ready for the dreadful D-day crossing. ua-cam.com/video/PHuwZujee...

Vw T4 front wing replacement.

I couldn't find anywhere on how to change or replace the rusted out wings so thought I'd have a go anyway. Im no mechanic by any standed but found the job was very easy once I got started. Bumper off 3 x screws on top 2 x screws in between door hinges 3 x screws bottom of wing. May have to drop the indicators. Clean out the crud, respray with whatever you feel is best for water proofing. Replac...

We paid a little visit up north, staying in our converted camper van. Visiting Hadrians wall, Aysgarth falls & Malham cove. Covering around 800 miles in only a few day. Music.. #NotTheKing. #Icetea Video edit #InShot app

When there's a 5 minute lull in the Army's working day, the british army fill time trying out new tasks to improve there skills. Here in this short vid you can see Sgt's & Cpl's teaching such skill's to new recruits.

I did, but it looked really bad. So I left it as is. I did, however, switch it a couple of times to sepia in the video a couple of times to see what it looked like.
@@Mr_wayne0805 yes, I noticed the sepia, I thought that it was just the sunlight affecting the camera. Superb idea to run this event. Your choice of locations and filming is excellent. This must have been seen in hundreds of locations during the run up. Best wishes. Paul
